I used the Cleveland Fitness Club facility under a Silver Sneakers plan, which was free to me. I gave them a credit card number to cover the use of a Personal Trainer. Met with that personal Trainer once a week from September 2019 through January 2020, then COVID shutdown the facility. When they opened, 6 months later, they stopped supporting Silver Sneakers, so I had no further use of the facility. In Sept and Oct of 2020, they charged my card each of those two months. I called and emailed and DID get the refunds. Now they have done it again: I got charged $160 on 8/26/21 and again on 9/26/21. Emailing and calling again, got me one month's refund, but they have not refunded the second charge. I would like their facility "written up" for erroneous charges, and to get the $160 still owed me, as well as a guarantee that this won't happen again.
