I bought a car and put 2,100 down and so as soon as I pulled it off the cat it started slipping in the transmission, so I brought it to a car repair person, they only did a diagnostic and as soon as I test drove it, the transmission continued to slip 4 more times so I took it to the repair man and he said that’s not his problem. Take it to the dealership. So I have and I have been ran around wasting time because I know about lemon laws and I’m trying to get my money back for a purchase of a faulty Mazda 3 2012. It also was sold with a broken seat belt which is illegal to sell a car with a broken seat belt and I didn’t know it because I bought it alone and wasn’t in the passenger seat. I would like a refund and my contract cancelled. I uploaded my contract the amount of money I’ve paid as well as the texts he will not return. He refuses to come out of his office so I will leave but I refuse to leave I need my money back for this fault vehicle that he assured was sellable but was not purchasable. I know that there is a three day limit on laws. And I feel as if he is stalling so that I will leave the office because I am a girl and he thinks I will not stand up for myself or know what I’m doing.Initial Complaint

Bought a car on 12/18/21. The tags have expired on the car. I need the memorandum. They will not give it to me. They say “they have lost it and that they will look for it” and then they said “we messed it up we will give you a new one tomorrow”. I have called them and they will not give it to me. I am paying for a car I cannot drive. The plates / tags have expired and I cannot drive it and they will not help me at all. They keep making up excuses saying “the boss isn’t here” and nobody will help me. The BMV said they were supposed to have it 30 days after and they still haven’t received it and it’s February. It is unfair that I am paying for a car that I cannot drive and they will not give me the memorandum even though I have paid for the car. They have received all of my payments and they are stealing from me. They just want to steal my money. I believe this car was probably stolen and that is why they will not give me the information I need for the car. I asked if I can give them the car back and just get my money back and the lady on the phone said no and she hung up on me. They will not help me at all and I don’t know what else to do. I need help so I can get the paperwork and be able to drive the car, or return the car for the money. They will not help me and they hung up the phone when I said I would return it for money.
