I am really not the kind of person who complains, but I think I should let a buyer to beware of this company. Mr. ********************** came across as very go getter and reasonable contractor. He acted as if he was actually listening to what I wanted. He gave us a quote that we were really happy with , so we placed half of that quote down. Needless to say I had to keep bugging him on when he would start our kitchen and it was always the same comment " they still haven't made your cabinets because of covid". Which I was fine with the first eight months but than I lost patients so I asked for down payment back and he said he did not have it because he spent on cabinets. I felt than we were stuck with this him as contractor. My husband and I were very patient with him and felt like he lied about a lot of things. It took him over a year to start and the layout was not what I asked for, but I was fine because it worked and I did not want to wait another year for it. It took a while to finally finish our projects and I felt like he kept adding additional cost that we never discussed. In the end my husband and I just paid him what he wanted to get it over with. I am wanting people to know if you hire this company be aware of his excuses and know it will not happen as soon as he promises.
