I re-ordered imprinted t-shirts from Albrecht & Co. that I had ordered previously. The invoice states “reorder art / exact same as first time”. I paid the invoice upon receipt, $894.72, prior to the shirts being shipped. Upon receipt the shirts were printed incorrectly with the wrong color. The company has refused to correct the issue or issue a refund, stating that the customer service rep mistakenly approved the print. The customer service rep works for them, not me, so it should still be refunded or reprinted.Business response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, reasons for rejection are included below.
I have been told I will receive a replacement order but have not yet received it. I’m waiting for it now, expecting it in the next week.

The customer did not reject our solution. The shirts were reprinted and delivered the customer has advised that the shirts are acceptable. We have resolved this complaint.Customer response
