  The total porch replacement done in 2020 is not level and a few people have tripped making it a dangerous situation for homeowner, the hand rail came apart and has never been repaired properly which is dangerous, boards are splitting and cracking as if bad wood was used. The business was informed of the problems but refuses to repair or fix the issues properly.

  I have included below, a photo of the porch that was repaired for quick reference. For this job
  we simply replaced the existing decking that the home owner already had. The decking started
  from the front door, to the concrete steps as shown in the photo provided. I was not hired to
  rebuild a new deck, I was only hired to replace the existing decking boards, therefore I had no
  responsibility of location, if it was level or other imperfections. If I were hired to rebuild a new
  porch, I would have been able to make it level and build new steps. This is not what the client
  asked for or hired me to do. She asked to replace the decking boards which was completed
  with brand new lumber, in the same positions as the boards that were removed. The reason
  that the wood is cracking is because the client never sealed the new lumber as expected. Any
  exterior wood has to be properly sealed or painted to prevent them from being compromised
  by cracking or warping. The summer heat will cause wood to dry out and rain or moisture will
  cause it to swell. These movements will cause the wood to change forms. In order to prevent
  this kind of damage, it is directed to protect all exterior wood with sealer. Railings get loose or
  break over time with misuse and not having the same proper protection and maintenance as
  the wood. People swinging, hanging from, sitting on or pushing back and forth on the railings
  will also cause damage, especially when not properly maintained. Exterior screws and nails
  were used to support our work. After 20 to 30 years, fasteners could rust out and cause
  damage to the boards but this would not happen in the three years that have passed since this
  job was completed. The product was either damaged intentionally, by accident or because of
  neglect or else this complaint would have come sooner. We do not hold responsibility for those
  reasons.

  Fadi said company guarantee the work for at least (4) years because they would use best materials. Plus if there was issue they would comeback to make the repairs.
  The deck was sealed as Fadi instructed however less than a year after being installed the handrail totally came loose, several wood  boards split, the porch/deck is so uneven?
   The company would not come out to repair any of the issues.
