I ordered a Porcelain Countertop from ***** which is put in by this company PLI group I waited three or four months and the person at ***** messed up on the order second time they came out they had the wrong measurements and the contractor was putting it in he said I will not except it so I am still waiting since September 20, 2021

As i review the details of the transaction, below is the timeline that I see in our database:10/27/2021 - Initial Order was received with a notice that you were waiting on cabinetry before the countertop could be measured 01/27/2022 - after the some of cabinets were received and installed, PLI Group measured your cabinets to be able to fabricate the countertop 02/22/22 - counter top was installed 3/3/22 - received additional purchase order that customer changed their mind regarding the build up of mitered edge of the countertop and was going to purchase a new countertop.03/31/22 - received confirmation of payment for new countertop 05/02/22 - attempted to install newly fabricated countertop, customer refused to installed, was going to work with vendor to purchase quartz instead of porcelain. 05/09/22 - notified that customer changed their mind again and wanted the countertops installed form 05/02/2022 scheduled install on 05/13/2022 I understand there may have been some confusion regarding what you had purchased from the vendor. This can be a frustrating. The PLI Group fabricated and attempted to install what was purchased. We look forward to completing your install on 05/13/2022.

Who it may concern first of all the sales person at ***** ordered the wrong product the first time second time the product was not built correctly I have pictures to show hopefully this time theyll correct it correctly the reason I change I wanted to change to Quartz Is because They cannot get a Porcelain correct Im not very picky but this is pretty bad hopefully May 13 that might be corrected correctly maybe
