  I ordered gravel from bzak landscaping had them deliver it. I was not gome when they decided to show up I was at work and my husband was in the hospital. The driver **** called asked where I wanted it dropped I told him exactly where I wanted it dropped. He didn't listen dropped it where he wanted to. I am not physically able to shovel the gravel and put it in a wheelbarrow nor carry the shovel scoops to where the gravel was supposed to be put and neither is my husband as he was in the hospital. I had to rent a machine to move the gravel to where it was supposed to go from get go. I told bzak I needed reimbursed for the inconvenience they caused me.by having to put more money out to move the gravel. I was told it wasn't their problem and they weren't going to reimburse me for my inconvenience. All because the owner has other problems going on with his company than just this mistake that was made.

  ***** ***** placed the order for three tons of 1" limestone on 5/12/2022.The regular retail price for three tons of 1" limestone delivered is $181.48. ***** ***** received the material at the wholesale rate and without a delivery charge, because her immediate family member is a Bzak employee. The customer paid $83.27 total for the material.

  The material was delivered on 5/13/2022 by driver, Greg B. The customer was not home at the time of delivery and the location where the customer preferred the material dumped was not marked. The driver contacted the customer to find out where the material should be dumped. The driver stated that the customer instructed him to dump the material "next to the truck." One side of the truck was paved and one was a gravel drive. Bzak Landscaping, Inc. drivers are instructed not to drive on unpaved ground due to property damage and truck damage risk. The driver dumped the load on the paved drive side of the truck. 

  The customer rented a dingo from Art's Rental to move the material. Bzak Landscaping, Inc. was not notified of the complaint prior to the equipment was rented and the material was moved. The Company would have assisted in moving the material had the customer contacted Bzak prior to moving the material with the dingo. The invoice from Art's Rental was in the amount of $295.57. The customer is requesting the equipment rental fee be reimbursed. The immediate family member employed at Bzak Landscaping, Inc. personally paid for the $295.57 equipment rental fee.  

  Bzak Landscaping, Inc. has reimbursed the customer at 100% for the order placed on 5/12/2022. The Company believes this is a reasonable resolution for the complaint.
