They are requesting a balance of 201.88, I have no idea how a balance is owed. This company during the whole process kept coming up with a larger total. My insurance adjuster asked where did I find them cause they were coming up with extra totals after the estimate and contact. The representative that I was working with we signed a contract and when his company wanted to change the price the agent came back while I was working and took the signed contract off my coffee table.

We met with the client's insurance and were able to get the roof approved by the client's insurance company. When an insurance company creates a preliminary estimate for a roof, they often times leave items off that area necessary to satisfy local building codes and manufacturer installation guidelines. The estimate increased in cost by $899.56 (an increase of less than 10% of the insurance starting amount) because the initial estimate had items left off that we legally had to install to satisfy local building codes. This entire increase in cost was paid for by the client's insurance company and the client did not have any increase in their out of pocket expense. The insurance adjuster approved these items and paid for them so I am not sure why he would say "where did you find these guys." As far as one of our employees taking a contract off the clients table, this is an allegation that I have never heard about any of my employees (all of whom have no criminal record). It is also a new allegation from the client that was brought up via BBB review only after I told her that we would not be sending warranty documents until she pays her balance in full. We are showing a remaining balance of $201.88. I hope to work this out with the client as we never want a client to have a bad experience.
