Poor communication on the salesman's part, poor workmanship on the installers part, no respect for the newly installed landscaping by the young "boys" doing the work, wrong size J channel used to install shake siding on the eves (thus making them pop out of the J channel with extreme temperature change). They made one attempt to correct when the project was completed, but whatever they did, it did not work. After a few months the repair failed again. This time I called the Account Mgr. Nelson ***** who said they would take care of the problem, however, after (4+) months and (4) other attempts to communicate with him on when and how the repair would be handled, he stopped replying nor would he return my call.Review from Michelle W

Very bad experience with this company. They ordered and installed the incorrect window for our newly constructed home in September of 2020. They did not order the window indicated in our final plans with ********** Homes of *******. They installed a window that was not compliant with Residential Building Code. The window was a fixed window instead of an egress. A bedroom must have an emergency exit window. A new window was finally ordered in December of 2020. Since then, ********* has lost that window when it arrived at their warehouse, ordered another one that was the incorrect size and now re-ordered again on 8/25 with an estimated time frame of 6-8 weeks! It will be over a year before we get our correct window installed! Then, they show up to complete other service orders without the material to actually do the work! They then have to reschedule and come back out! If I had a choice, I would NEVER let them perform services for me again!
