  In the spring 2021 I wanted a driveway put it. I waited 3 months. for him to put it in.I was ill at the time. I paid him. Then , when better I went out & saw concrete dribbled all over a 5 gallon bucket full. It also was in the drainage ditch, I just left that. Concrete was all over from the concrete truck. The concrete was not quality fiber not mixed in well, thinned with water cause it was setting up a few times on the truck , My driveway was 1 1/2 foot shorter then it was supposed to be. He over charged me for more concrete than I actually received. He needs to make an adjustment to my bill. And refund some of my money.

  The work was not done as per agreed on. He did not make the drive the same length. Drive is 1 ½ feet shorter then before. The side of of the house was not poured for that was changed to flower bed. I feel this two areas our about 2 yds of concrete I paid for and did not get and need and adjustment.

  The fiber in the concrete was not mixed in well when the concrete was poured. When moving concrete from front of house to rear of house with concrete buggy. A mess was made that cost me time to clean up of yard so I could mow my yard. All of the concrete trucks from the other job and mind cleaned out in drive way. One truck cleaned out in drainage ditch. I feel Brandon or someone need to clean that up. (for all that I had to clean up for they should not of cleaned out in ditch.)

  Yard was to be put back from any damage that was not done. That was in the estimate (and not done) and a adjustment needs to be made on that as well.

  One driver told me the concrete on his was on to long and should be dumped. They went ahead and used it any way. I feel that was not right to do that.

  The little piece I added a short side walls should not of been and extra $550 not for a our of time and concrete. I feel that was way out of line. Brandon has told me he would come and talk about my problems, he as never called or showed up. He is not a man of his word and I am very disappointed with him. Never seen a contract with him, but work was my contract. I paid the bill, but now after all this I wish I had not paid for every thing I have had to go threw.

  I feel Brandon needs to make adjustment of One Thousand dollars. He need come and clean the concredit of the drainage ditch.

  2.7.2022, BBB received phone call from Brandon S***** stating there was not a written contract agreement, rather verbal handshake agreement. Brandon went on to say that ******* *******l asked that concrete not go all the way out to road as he did not want driveway to come in contact with city snow plows. 
  
  Brandon also stated that there is fiber in the concrete. And this can be verified by ******* *******l contacting ****** **** * ******* which is the business Brandon ordered the concrete from.

  Brandon stated that Central Ohio Concrete Construction uses a wire mesh reinforcement in driveway.
  
  Brandon ****** states he will not refund any monies to  ******* *******l.
