I have used Copper.net for over 10 years and always had good customer service/support. As of March 2022 I can't even get a response from them. I have both personal and business email accounts that I have not been able to access since March 4 2022. I have emailed and called several times. No response at all. I am done with this provider!!!! I rate it poor at best, I would give this a -5 star rating, if there was one.

I have a coppernet account that I cannot access because it won't allow me to log in and says account closed. I paid a full year's subscription which does me no good if I can't log in. Their service of customers has really gone downhill.

They recently migrated to new email server without notice. Email folders lost. Company not responding to EM or VM

I subscribed to Copper.net for at least ten years. The tech support has always been difficult to contact, but once contact was made the information given was not very thorough. Prices have increased, sometimes by large amounts. The upside features were the saving ************* protection, cloud storage, folders storage. Then, February 23, 2022, I noticed that the Copper icon and address had been replaced with another company's information, Everyone.net. The login function no longer functioned. I left four voiced mails at Copper in the next week. There was no response. Today I finally made phone contact with Everyone.net, a subsidiary of "Deluxe." Their information was sketchy: Copper had "disappeared;" they had some affiliation with Copper, but would not give details; they said they had no information pertaining to my (5 ) email accounts but would forward the ticket to their techs; they wouldn't or couldn't offer information about reimbursement of balances paid, nor when there might be a resolution to the problem. I'm left dangling, making tracks as fast as possible to transfer what addresses and inbox mail I have left. How can an email service simply disappear without a trace? I'm highly aggravated at the lack of notification of transfer (or lack thereof) of my emails!
