      I checked into the super 8 Wyndham 32801 Lorain road, Northridgeville, OH 44039 on Feb 5th 2024. Paid for 26 nights at 2166.75 and stayed 4 nights. Checked out early because of roaches and mold in the bathroom. My daughter got sick spending a night. Told me I couldn't get a refund for the other nights because I paid 26 days in advance and thats their policy. If that's not legal robery I'm not sure what is. After seeing the mold and roaches I wasnt interested in staying in the building with my 7yr old daughter at all. This place owes me over 2000 dollars. If you're reading this never stay here. I also have photographic and video proof to back my claime.

      The consumer purchased a non refundable stay.  She did not let the front desk know either.  I like to take action when I am in charge. The consumer also did a chargeback with her credit card company and received $1400 dollars back as well.

      Yes you guys can contact the company. They are lieing I never received 1400 dollars from them. I might just have to get a lawyer this is terrible. I paid for 26 nights and stayed for 4. I left because of roaches and mold. Literally steeling from me absolutely disgusting human beings.

      I showed up to this hotel at 12 midnight to stay in a room after driving all day traveling. After getting into my room I noticed that the sink was clogged and then proceeded to drain all over the floor and pour onto the carpet, almost all the bed sheets and pillows were stained and the smoke detectors had been bagged up with plastic wrap. The whole room smelled of mildew and old fish, I asked the night clerk to refund my money but he said I stayed in the room longer then 5 minutes so he couldn't do anything. I had only been in the room for maybe 20 minutes before I decided to leave. I left and found another place to stay down the road. I paid 125 for that room and it was a massive rip off, I feel like this was outrageous and the room was not looked at or cleaned at all for some time.
