            According to the company website, their offices are located in Washington State and their production facilities are located in China.

            BBB has been unable to verify the company location and cannot locate a phone number for the company. The company is not responding to BBB notices.

            I attempted to buy a reel lawn mower from Blairst. I have a receipt in email somewhere. 5 or more times Blairst said my mower was being shipped. I NEVER received it nor did i get a refund. $55

            Pricing on the website is too good to be true. I wanted a seat spring kit for our lawnmower. It is normally about $300. Blairst price was $77. The first time it was "delivered", I received an envelope weighing less than an ounce with a cell phone charge cord in it. They claimed "Logistics accidentally sent the wrong product." They were to resend and give me a tracking number. I received no number. I checked with them and they claimed the shipment had been lost. They shipped it a 3rd time and gave me an EMS tracking number which was only recognized by a tracking website they sent me. (See attached screen shot.) No "real" EMS Express website recognizes this number. This is apparently a bogus tracking site, as NO links on it are working. The tracking claims that they attempted delivery (they did not) and then they returned the package to sender. They will not give me a US phone number to call EMS Express. It is doubtful that anything was shipped, or arrived in the US. I will be contacting PayPal for a refund. I question whether Blairst actually has any real presence in the US. (I wanted to give 0 stars.)
