I recently received a pair of boots that were just a bit too small. ******, the most prompt and responsive customer service rep, had a return label sent out in less then 5 minutes of my email! Absolutely impeccable service! Once I return the boots, the corrected size was back at my door within days. Very impressed with this and we continue to shop through them! My husband bought me shoes for christmas that were one size too big. I have sent 5 emails asking for an even exchange but to no avail. DO NOT buy from this company. TERRIBLE customer service.Review from Brian K

Extremely disappointed. I purchased 2 pairs of Rocky Outback Hiking Socks for my dad for Christmas. I order the socks online on 11/24. My discover card was charged on 11/27 with the cost of $52. Order confirmation clearly states that the card will not be charge until product is shipped. This product must have been shipped to Neverland because I have not seen it or heard from it. I was given an order number and a tracking number. However , the product will not let me track. fedex will not track this package and UPS will not track this package. I have called the customer service hotline multiple times, multiple days in a row, and wait for someone to answer off the busy line for at least 30 minutes each call. I have emailed Rocky Brands with my concern and have not received an email back. I have sent them a message on their website and have not received a message back. The most alarming thing I have noticed on top of this , my address is correct on the order confirmation email . However, it has the words ‘null’ right next to it- which usually means that either they could not find my house or there was an issue of some kind with the delivery. This is $52 dollars of unspoken for product. My dad spoke highly of this brand , but this high review has now reached a 1/5 star. If I could put zero stars , I would. Do not order from this Brand unless you want to have your money taken from you with no product , response, or explanation to show for it.Review from Mark H

I recently purchased a pair of Blizzard Boots from Rocky Boots. I went to register the boots for the warranty , but was not allowed to submit the warranty information unless I agreed to allow the parent company to process and use my personal information. This should be illegal to use your customers information just to be able to get your warranty. I will not do this so I guess they get away with out warranting my boots. discussed in Wisconsin*Review from Teresa A.

I ordered a pair of boots in Jan 2023. They arrived around the 21st. The boots were too big so I shipped them back the next day. They received my boots on Jan 31. When I emailed to check on when I will get my money back they said their policy is 14 days and they are running behind. I emailed again on 2/10/23 to follow up and was told they are still running behind in processing returns. I then called and and was told by the csr rep that he put in the request for my return to be processed that day 2/10/23. Then I messaged again on the 2/16/23 and was told my return had been processed on 2/15/23. It is now 2/20/23 and I still do not have my money back. This was $122.98. It should never take over one month to return a customers money. That is horrible service and I will never purchase from them again. I don't recommend anyone else to buy from them either. If I could rate them a zero I would.Review from Kayla E

I am beyond extremely disappointed with Rocky Brands/Xtratuf - Do not buy anything from this brand if you aren't sure you will be keeping them. I recently bought a pair of boots for a Christmas gift, unfortunately they did not work out for the person. We sent the boots back on January 3rd, 2023 - Their Wearhouse received the items on January 13th, 2023 - to this day (2/1/2023) I still have not been refunded my money. I have had to call multiple times to see when my refund will be processed. Each customer representative has gave me a different story on why I have not received my refund. There is no way possible that it should take this long. DO SOMETHING REGARDING YOUR REFUND PROCESS. This is horrible customer service.Review from Sophia L.

I ordered 11 pairs of kids muck rover boots off their website for my nephews/nieces because they had an awesome deal. I was so excited to surprise them with them as we just had the worst flood in eastern ** a month before & my nieces/nephews lost *************** nephews loved their boots like this & its getting deer hunting season as well as winter. I was giving them to them as an extra early Christmas gift. So I got my shipped email & was so excited the day they arrived till I found 3 of the bigger pairs wasnt in the box. So I messaged & called to ask where these were. Then I was informed this was a pricing error that shouldnt have happened so they ran out of stock & the 3 items were cancelled & theres nothing they can do. But over me a 25% discount which they do every other week online anyways. I said why wasnt I sent an email about the cancellation & why is it clearly showing in my shipped email these 3 pairs were shipped with the rest. No one could offer me a reason why it showed they shipped. Then they tried telling me they have no supervisors available on weekends but theyd let them know I was happy with the 25% discount code. I said I expect a reason and a resolution involving 3 pairs of boots being sent as I couldve made other arrangements or purchases for those 3 items ahead of time as theyre gifts. I cant just take the smaller kids boots and leave the other 3 out and I cant afford to pay full price or even the 25% off price. Thats still $83-$90 a boot. That why I ordered them on sale or so I thought. There has to be a better resolution to this. And the customer service agents I dealt with were so rude. I wouldnt have been upset if I had gotten a nice email stating there was a pricing error and the shoes were out of stock and those 3 items were cancelled but instead I got an email verifying that they were all shipped to me and not one email saying some items were cancelled.Rocky Brands Inc. Their Products ****,BUYER BEWARE they will not stand behind the product they sell,I purchased a $200 pair of boots and within 2 months they were falling apart,I went back to the store that I purchased them from and they said I had to send them back to Rocky,well Im not buying another $200 + pair of boots to have while they try to decide if they want to fix mine or not,Ive tried for several months talking to their BS customer service department and emails to get some sort of resolve finally after commenting on a couple of FB post they had where I told people NOT TO BUY THEIR PRODUCTS they reached out to me promising to have a customer service rep call me and try to resolve this issue,well they did call me the lady was rude short and didnt want to hear what I had to say,all she could tell me is its company policy they have to be shipped back to them and inspected,even after I explained several times I own a 24/7 Towing business and I cant be without my work boots and I dont think its fair to me that I should have to purchase another pair of boots so I can send them mine,I explained to her that if I have to buy another pair after this kind of service it wouldnt be their product,her response was,well if thats what you need to do thats what you need to do,complete BS Im going to take photos of these boots and post them on EVERY social media outlet I can find and WARN CONSUMERS TO STAY AWAY FROM PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM ROCKY BOOTSRocky Brands Inc.
