            DeShawn H**** was hired to finish my and start on 2/21/22. I paid my deposit of $9250 plus $700 for dumpster charge and he brought his equipment over got arrested the next day and spent 30 days in jail for violating his probation by screwing other people over this same way that I had no idea about. I asked for my money back and told him I would let his probation officer know if he didn’t pay me. He said that I was harassing him and to seek legal council to get my money. back. I’m going to have to file a lawsuit just to get my money back which is going to cost a lot more money. THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING. He is a scammer and needs to be punished for his actions. I’m glad his stuff is still in my basement so that he won’t be scamming others. I’ll be reporting him to the Attorney Generals Office as well. He needs to be stopped!!!

            *************************, owner of Visions Interior Solutions was hired to remodel my kitchen. I paid his required 50% down payment and he was supposed to start the job a week later. As a traveling nurse I was out of the state for the entire remodel. However, I was able to monitor when ******* would come and go via my home monitoring system; He would come as late as *****. He also stretched a 4-day job out to 4 weeks. After I returned to the state and reviewed his work in person, I realized the cabinets were not leveled, there was damage to the countertop and damage to one of the end cabinets. I immediately contacted ******* via text to have a papert rail. He responded non-chalantly by saying he would be by to see the damages-He never once apologized. After 3 months of text messages and emails, ******* stopped responding to my messages and never returned to repair the damages.
