      I have never had to call a company so many times in the span of a week. UNBELIEVABLE. Two of my packages had missing items. For one of the items I was told it would be reshipped. The reshipment was cancelled. I called to ask why and their response was that the so called specialist team would get back to me with details. I have not heard a word from them and the item still shows as delivered on the app. Not to mention that the items Im missing are part of a matching set which makes it even more frustrating that they didnt arrive. Also, I went online to see if Im the only one experiencing these type of delivery issues and Im relieved to know that I am not. I have sympathized with so many people going through the same situation and the suspicious behavior of the carrier that Abercrombie continues to use despite the complaints. Ive opened packages with my sister where the bags where each product comes in are opened, with holes in them and later closed with cheap tape. Ive washed every item Ive received out of concern for my health and safety, who knows where the items I pay for have been. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable practices for a company with such a high price point for their products. The VIP member status is so not worth it when these are the perks.

      A couple employees in this store are very cruel with terrible manners. I was the only one being treated this way in a store full of white people. I am not white! They embarrassed me infront of the whole store and made me feel so little. This was such a shame to experience with my 3 kids while shopping for back to school clothes. To be treated this way by privileged girls who I am probably old enough to be their mother is a disgrace. These girls had hate and came off as racist. I still made a huge purchase and one of the eployees purposely was walking so slow infront of me while I tried walking out of the store. If I moved right she moved right infront of me. If I moved to the left to try and leave she moved to the left right in front of me. It's like she was deliberately trying to trigger me. Pure evil. I asked for her name and rudely told me she doesn't need to give me her name and waved at the exit for me to leave. I have one of the other girls name though. This brand needs to do better. There are so many complaints about rude and hateful employees at their locations. Especially this one. I left the store crying and stranger saw me and knew something terrible happened at this store and said they had a terrible experience there too and that we should support brands like this.

      I ordered from Abercrombie for an upcoming trip and the package was stolen from where it was delivered. I hurried and placed a new order so I would get the items before my trip. I reached out to Abercrombie about the first order and was hoping for a refund but store credit would be fine. The representative said they would send my information to a specialized team and I would hear from them in 2-3 business days. I never heard back and I reached back out multiple times and no one has answered. I am still out multiple hundreds of dollars and just wanted store credit so they would be getting their money back as well but instead they are ignoring my messages so that I will give up. Ridiculous. I have given them too much of my money for this treatment from them.

      I ordered a bathing suit bottom on Friday 7/19. Expecting to ship out during the next business day (monday) like the site says since it was purchased after a certain time. This shipment never got picked up. After inquiring on Tuesday (the day I should have received my bottoms per their email and the date of arrival for the overnight shipping I purchased) the person I had emailed said they were due to arrive Wednesday. They did not actually check the tracking on *** and they did not inform me they decided to ship my package as 2 day air instead (*** told me it was 2 day air), which is about 10 dollars less than what I actually paid for shipping.I requested a refund on my shipping before I was even aware of the 2 day shipping because the overnight on Tuesday was not originally fulfilled, and they did ***** it, but I had to inquire on Wednesdy AGAIN to let them know the package never made it to ***. They are now shipping it again, but they still picked 2 day air and not the overnight I originally picked. So now these bottoms will arrive the last day I am on vacation rather than the beginning of it.What I don't understand is how someone purchases overnight shipping but the packages goes out as 2 day air, you are not properly uses the person's money which is theft. I'm glad I noticed it or I would have never known.

      Be very careful when dealing with this business. They are still withholding our refund after almost a month since we returned the item. They engage in nefarious business practices. They will not issue a refund but instead send you an e gift card so that you will purchase more items from them. Even though their return policy is to give refunds within 30 days. They hold on to your money as long as possible. Im assuming its to collect interest on your money or for some other reasons.

      I placed three online orders which I had to return. According to ANF return policy, and after confirming with a rep, you can combine multiple orders into one package to save on the shipping fee. Following their instructions, I returned all three orders in one package, including the order confirmations and packing slips, to avoid any confusion. The package was delivered to their distribution center on June 27, 2024, well within the 30-day return window. Initially, I received assurance from a representative that the package was received and that the refund would take 3-4 weeks to process. However, by July 20th, only one of the orders was refunded, leaving the other two unreturned. When I called to resolve this, the rep initiated an investigation with their special services team. The following day, I received an email stating that my return would be processed once the packages were received, despite my previous confirmations that all orders were returned in one package.The next day, another rep canceled the refund for the one processed order and offered an "advanced refund" to my original payment method with Amex, but instead, I received a gift card, which I did not want. Subsequent communications with Abercrombie's resolutions team resulted in a refusal to refund me for the orders I returned. After numerous calls and emails, I was told that the gift card refund was not processed correctly and that my other two orders were still under review. I have since contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges as I returned all items according to their policy. This ordeal has left me stressed, anxious, and out nearly $500.This experience has completely changed my perception of Abercrombie & Fitch. Despite being a loyal customer with previous positive experiences, I am extremely disappointed with their customer service and return process. I feel like this company is committing fraud against its customers, and I urge others to be cautious when shopping here.

The e-gift card you received has had the funds removed as well. Orders *********** & *********** we have been able to review for you today, July 29th and are happy to inform you that both of the e-gift cards received for these refunds have been cancelled and the funds removed from each of them. Order *********** we were able to issue a refund in the amount of CA$79.06 to you AMEX ending in 1000. Order *********** has had a refund in the amount of CA$151.29 issued to the same card as well. Please allow 3-5 business days for these refunds to full process back to your card for you.

      My family drove three hours round-trip to the ****** corner, Abercrombie and kids. Once we got home, we realize they forgot to take off the security sensors we live nowhere near an Abercrombie and are now stuck with this item that my child can’t wear. When we checked out, there were four managers at the desk, not doing their job. We called the store to ask if they could help us and they said no. The only option was to bring it back and I was not about to drive another three hour round-trip to do so. This was for my daughter’s 10th birthday party. Abercrombie said they would contact us by email and we have not received anything

      A quick scroll down the rest of the reviews will tell the same story -- Abercrombie does not refund you for returns. I have made multiple returns in store, gotten receipt & email confirmation, and 6 months later I have not received a refund. This is absolutely absurd for a business to be openly scamming their customers like this.

You can take these ARN numbers, which are the reference numbers for the processed refunds, and provide your bank/credit card company with them to locate each of your refunds. Order 21057864187 had a refund of $46.75 made in store on January 25th, 2024. The refund processed to your card ending in 1813 on January 26th, The ARN (reference number) for this refund is 74137464026001536462523.       I purchased some clothes for my daughter. NINE days later I tried to return them as they didn't fit and/or she didn't like them. At no time did the cashier say any items were final sale and neither did the receipt. I repurchased 2 of the exact same items in a different size for my other child and they DID NOT ring up as a final sale. They will not even give me a credit for the store. How can they NOT TELL the customer items are final sale verbally and on your receipt, then purchase the same items in a different size and they're not a final sale.The cashier told me I would have to contact customer service. I was directed to the escalation department and they REFUSED to give me a credit. I will NEVER shop there again!

      They frequently mail the wrong items when ordering online, or do not include items altogether. It has been impossible to get refunded from them when this happens, their customer service is abysmal. I’ve never had this happen with any other retailer but it has happened multiple times in the last year with Abercrombie and I don’t order often.
