  I have tried to call this business several times and have not received a call back. They were to fill cracks and apply a two in one seal coating. Had problems when he first did the job and it was a big problem back then to get him to call me back. HIS father got hefty with me when I called the business number instead of his son's cell phone. He came back this one time and put down these hideous black strips which did not help much and look horrible. My driveway has developed a lot of cracks and holes since.

  Company owner indicated to BBB by phone that the work they did only has a 1 year guarantee and it was initially completed in 2020. He has been out to the customer's home at least twice. He is willing to re-seal it, but cannot perform related work any further since its beyond the guarantee. He will be reaching out to the consumer in the next couple days.

  Hi this is ******* ******** ****** ******* hired me to sealcoat her driveway on 8-14-2020

  I cleaned and removed grass from cracks and edges I then filled all cracks with hot rubber and then sealed her driveway she called complaining of crack not being filled with in two weeks of job completion so I went a week or so after she had called and completely re done driveway I fill all cracks that were open and others that was not and then resealed driveway she proceeded to call and complain about a six inche long crack that was against the side of garage that I told her before I seal coated the first time to time that my machine could not reach so is used a rubber stripps to fill said crack on second repair and put new coating over area and yet she is still dissatisfied

  I am rejecting this response because: As far as I know he didn’t ever reseal my driveway the second time he came.  He might of put some seal on spots and the third time he came I was not home is when he put down those rubber strips that look terrible.  If they can’t fix this to have no cracks or those strips in the next couple of weeks then I want my money back and I will find someone to fix it right. My extension to my gutter was also missing when I went home but he did not know what happened to it.  I had to call him a ton it times because his cell phone was messed up for months.  That is when I called the business phone and his dad got hefty with me.  His dad said himself that the only way to fix this is start over. When he came to my house to look at the driveway he called me elderly and also told me that I will sign the paper when they fix the driveway and that will be the end of it.  I do not like being told what I will do.  He also kept calling me by the wrong name.  Thanks for listening.
