Extremely poor service for a simple wiring job. I asked for a rewiring of my trailer lights (four wire flat, no electric brakes.) After waiting four days for the job I finally went to pick it up when called. No one had checked that everything was working. $135 labor and $10 for wire, most of which was provided by me including the pigtail connector. When I checked the lights as best I could I found that the right turn signal was not working. As it was getting late in the day I took the trailer home before the sun got dimmer. I have since checked the bulb in the signal and found that it is good. So the one primary reason I took it to them was not resolved and I have wasted $145 for a few minutes of work and have resolved nothing.

In all fairness, our invoice included more than wiring repair on your trailer. As stated in the telephone call we made to you after you left, we are more than willing to test your tow vehicle and trailer in order to correct any remaining issues you may be experiencing. You however, declined our offer. If you are unwilling to give us the opportunity to check these things, then there is nothing else we would be able to do in this matter. The offer to test your tow vehicle to your trailer is still available to you. Thank you.
