I had builder brothers to my roof two years ago and they have left a mess everywhere and I had to clean it and they had busted some siding trim and try to say that it must already been like that and asked me if I had to prove it like I would just make up stuff Addition plywood over the soffit and didn’t trim it back so the face soffit trim could go up in place and Jimmy is the one that I worked with and multiple troubles. They even forgot to do a roof. They thought they were done and I had them that addition roof wasn’t even done , they promised to come back and what they messed up on the addition the overhang saw the soffit trim cut up. Jimmy said well it won’t rot. It doesn’t hurt anything but they promise they’ll come back. They’ll come back then I reach out to Austin multiple times and Austin and , they just ignore you and I just got gutters a couple weeks ago which I was gonna have them fasten the gutters which I wish they would mention to me while they’re on the roof. The gutters need fastened to the gutters and hopefully they would come out and fix the problems, but now and , had gutters put on a couple weeks ago and guess what I found in the gutter pile of slate just weigh in the gutter down and back in the gutter up and causing water leak in my basement so very lovely. I would run away from them, they’ll help you work with the insurance, but if the jobs not done right doesn’t seem like they care and they got it all scratched up because they were mad because they subcontracted out and they forgot the little piece do they had tore off so they threw shot and goes down on the metal roof that was done on the porch and got it and they just leave me hanging they don’t even come back to fix the problems so I would definitely find a different contractor !!

I called to get a shingle repaired and builder bros worked with my insurance for me and got me a whole new roof!!! They did 2 of my coworkers roofs too and did great quality work highly recommend

On two separate occasions different employees came out and looked at my roof. They were to get back to me with estimate, first employee didn’t and I contacted to reschedule, he didn’t show. Other employees contacted me showed up looked, was to get back to me by next day or on Monday with estimate. It’s been over a week and no response. Their customer service is horrible.

I needed a full roof replacement and Builder Bros Construction completed the job very professionally in April, 2023. My Claim Specialist Zech **** came to my house, explained in careful detail exactly what was involved step by step, what interaction was required from me to complete the process, and he was able to get the entire cost covered by my homeowner's insurance. The day of the replacement additional staffers explained the process in further detail as the roofers worked. The roofers worked hard to complete the job and thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. And a week later a staff person came to double check that I was satisfied. I highly recommend Builder Bros.

Builder bros helped me get my entire roof paid for by insurance after the last wind storm. They handled the entire process and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Thanks so much guys!

Worst company I' ve ever dealt with! Very un professional, and no respect for they're customers. So far everything they have done...has to be redone.
