Took car for an estimate concerning steering issues was very descriptive with my issue over a month later honest auto has not completed the job upon the first time I received my vehicle back ***** the owner stated he has informed honda to put hi name on a list to receive an o ring for a hose that comes defective from all manufacturers in all 50 states and must have a specific o ring in order not to have leaks I asked for the part to be replaced with oem and was told its impossible to get oem. After replacing the main component that determines correct drivabilty being rack and pinion ***** the owner lied about having an alignment done and I was informed by **** his co owner that ***** adjusted the toe of my steering which didn't align the vehicle at all. I was informed another business preformed the alignment, upon speaking with their corporate office and local shop it is obvious my vehicle has Never been aligned with this particular shop, and conveniently ***** can't find any paper work in regards to this. I have taken my car back this last time makes it the 5th time and now I'm being told from ***** the owner there is an additional part that one dealer in the whole nation has the part and through email 2 days before the final incident owner ***** stated he has left 2 messages then while at his "shop" was told he left 7 messages and has heard nothing back. I expressed my concerns and fact I wanted a refund ***** stated ( on recording) that he couldn't refund any amount for parts but would refund the total amount of labor I had paid as he stated hes stuck and isn't sure how to complete the job then ***** and co owner **** began acting completely biligerant threatening me with stand your grown statements and calling the police stating they wanted me trespassed from the business clearly to avoid completing the job or giving me a found or being exposed as nothing more then back yard mechanic skills scaming people for services not able to be fulfilled
