Some people you just can not reason with. Mr.******* wanted us to do the work at no charge I guess? I would not be in business very long if I did that or did not treat my customers like I would want to be treated. We go above and beyond for all of our customer's. Disabled or not!
Actually, it sounds like ******* ******* is saying because his daughter is disabled we took advantage of her?
Prices have gone up just a little bit in the last 30 years Mr.*******. Let alone the last 2 years. We don't charge enough most times.
My brother is in a wheelchair paraylyzed from the chest down. He is 49 years old and his accident happened on his 19th birthday! Take advantage of anyone, let alone a disabled person is just ridiculous! Wow the audacity!
She got the normal charge for a Pair of 2-.234x30''Lx2''ID w/cones torsion springs (professional grade not box store/online retail springs)
Mr. *******'s online research of torsion springs he has no proffession on is preposterous. There are thousands of different brands/styles of springs etc. Powder coated for longevity (LIKE OUR SPRINGS) spring applications for the balance weight and cycle life of each type of door spring etc.
What she was charged is what all of our customers get charged for a spring job just like her's. This is laughable.
