Back in April when I moved into my new house for work, I paid for a Waste bin and a Recycling bin from Adkins, and it's mid June and I still have not received these bins that I have paid for already. I'd like to get these bins sometime this year, I've called twice about this issue and they still haven't delivered.Customer response

On March 23/2022 I called ATKINS (###-###-####) to cancel The service because I was going to be out the State for 6 weeks (traveling from OH to NJ). I requested a refund for the balance. The lady on the phone let me know than yes, I Would get a REFUND. My business is Selling Houses, I am selling OH house and moving NJ house. The service , "Picking up my trash", was cancelled on March 23/2022, I have the letter from ATKINS to prove the Company ATKINS is not giving me ANY SERVICE, however on April 6/2022, after two weeks waiting for REFUND I called again ATKINS, a Rude lady answered me, than I Have not right to ANY REFUND, than I have to pay for the service until may/2022, although the Company is not PICKING UP MY TRASH. I was not informed about that. They let me know I would get a REFUND to collect my money without giving me the service, taking advantage of me as a COSTUMER. I was not informed about that. I did not sing any contract, I did not accept any terms o conditions about it. They lied to me to take the money, even the RUDE lady said than I did not have balance, "maybe $5", another lie, making fun on me.Business response

I will refund her the $42.00 for April and May. She called and put her service on vacation on March 23, 2022. So she did receive the service for the month of March. She then called on 4/6/22 to cancel the service. The girls in the office were not rude with her and they did tell her right, we do not refund for vacation status. Vacation status gets credited to the account.
