The company has no integrity and does not honor its warranty. Kept delaying our request for the warranty work and refuses to answer our calls. It has gotten to a point that the lady that answers the phone, Erica has resorted to hanging up on us. We were assigned a case number, *****, but Glass Guru kept making excuses and refuses to honor the warranty. Was forced to assign a star in order to complete the submission of this review. The Glass Guru does not deserve even a star. This company cannot be trusted.

Our warranty information very clearly states your materials have a MANUFACTERS warranty ("Although there is no liability for defective materials, additional warranties may be offered by the product manufacturer and may be provided upon request"). Your original purchase was made in June 2017, with the materials purchased from Louisville Plate Glass. They were subsequently purchased by Aldora Glass. Your warranty expired more than 1 year before you called us. You have been rude and harassing making threats when calling in. Our customer service representative does not and will not listen to that. Either you refrain from making false accusations or our attorneys will file suit to stop your defamatory statements.Review from Gerald C

These folks are terrible. Was looking for an estimate, they came and measured, couldn't put the framing piece back in place that they removed to measure property, and ended up putting two additional cracks in the window. Aside from the window issue, they ignored to emails, 3 phone calls and i even sent a note to corporate and never received a response from them. Not sure how these guys stay in business.
