I have a background with construction and insurance so I’m more familiar with roofing than I’d like to be at times. That being said, I cannot write a fantastic enough review to say what a fantastic experience we had with Shield Pro, Tyler L***, and his crew. I woke up to water dripping on my head one night, clear indicator it was time for a new roof. I got in touch with Tyler, who made the roof replacement the most stress-free, easy process it could have been. He is not pushy in any way, he explains everything very thoroughly, wrote a comprehensive and fair estimate. Tyler is a guy you can trust! We got the roof scheduled in no time flat. I’ve seen a lot of roofing crew in my day but I’ve never seen a more hardworking, thorough, friendly bunch of guys. They did a fantastic job. We are so incredibly happy with the quality of work that we received. The only downside is that they did such a great job, I won’t have to hire them again to do my roof. Fortunately, they do siding as well so I’ll get a chance to use them again. Home repairs are not fun but Shield Pro and Tyler L*** will make it one of the best experiences you will have. I highly recommend them!

ShieldPro Roofing replaced my rood today and the workmanship was awesome and so was the cleanup. Owner Tyler L*** was very professional during the whole process and he has excellent communication skills - always updating you before and after the job as well as promptly answering any texted questions I had. He made the entire insurance process very easy. I would highly recommend him for any roof job and did so to all my neighbors.

The owner took care of all the paperwork with the insurance company. He was also here when the insurance adjuster came. I was approved for a new roof. The singles came one day. Then the next day about 12 people showed up, and did a great job on the roof. Then they cleaned up all the trash and nails and left. No slackers, they were all good workers. I was so impressed that I sent them over to my neighbor for his roof.

Shield Pro did an excellent job in handling the whole re-roof process from insurance coverage to installation and proper clean up after the roof was installed. Very responsive to any questions during the entire process.
