On June 6, 2022 we (****** ******* *** *** * ***** ****** purchased a vehicle from Lock 20 Auto located at *** * ***** **, *************, Ohio. We paid for the 2 year warranty with the $100 deductible that was $1361. The next day, June 11, 2022 Lock 20 voided our warranty with no warning at all. We didn't find out about it until we went to use our warranty, for the second time, at **** **** shop on September 7, 2023 to get our jeep fixed. Lock 20 agreed on reimbursing us the 102.50 we paid **** **** on September 7, 2023 because of the warranty problem. For the reimbursement he agreed on fixing everything, besides CAT converter, that **** **** has diagnosed. **** **** diagnosed 8 problems with the jeep, not including CAT converter, so Lock 20 agreed on fixing all 8 problems. The jeep went into Lock 20's shop on September 19, 2023. We pick up the jeep on September 22, 2023 and Lock 20 refused to give us an invoice on everything they just did. Told us to come back and get a written one. So I went back on September 25, 2023 and demanded an invoice for the jeep. It took the cops showing up for them to give me an invoice and when I did recieve the invoice they only worked on 4 of the problems not 8. Lock 20 broke our agreement!Business response

We made a clerical error and cancelled the warranty coverage. As soon as we were made aware, we repaired the vehicle at no cost to the customer and reinstated the coverage with an update effective date and mileage – giving the customer an additional 24mo/30k miles of coverage. After the repair was complete, they were concerned that some of that work wasn’t completed. We offered to reinspect it and the customer refused. Because we are not a retail service shop, we do not have software to provide a traditional repair order, we did offer copies of the parts bill and a hand written statement of the work that was completed.
