I called last week August 30th to get my 401k payment from them. I waited 3 business days after not receiving any email or call back and Called September 2nd and asked what was going on.I spoke with Melissa L both times , she said the lady that handles the payments was out of the office but I would receive the required documents before the holiday weekend of Labor day,it's now September 6th and I have had to call to get my paperwork from them again when I need the money to pay my rent. This is not how you take care of customers and especially when you're terminated from a job and need this money to live on. They have very little respect when you call and treat you very poorly, If I had known they would be some second rate retirement company I would have just made a personal IRA at my bank instead. I retired from my job on 6/20/2022. I then contacted Malissa L** to get the money from my 401k, I filled out the paperwork and expected to get a check in a week or two. When nothing came I contacted her again and she said it would be the end of July because she had to wait until the end of the quarter, which ended on July 4 2022.I sent emails asking what was going on and I finally got an email on August 1 2022 telling me not to email her and she would let me know when it was ready. It’s now August 10 and I have heard nothing. I just want a time frame and I’m getting the run around. ****** *******Customer response

Problem:
I made a complaint once before regarding this issue and have still not received a response.
