      Good morning I placed an order approximately 3 to 4 weeks ago for delivery on 30 August I was told with the big gap between ordering and delivery of the rocks that I could receive first thing in the morning It's 0945 not delivery But not the half of it When I called to spoke to the manager J*** he told me that He was not the one I spoke to He could cancel my order He had 100 orders in front of me He did not really care Not good customer service Buyer beware I notice the company has very poor bbb rates I'm guessing cause of things like this

      Evans landscape truck delivered a load of mulch to my home. The truck driver raised the bed of truck to high and pulled down my power lines and cable and phone internet lines and ripped off the power lines mast on my roof. **** ****** was called out as was **** ******* Fire Department and the police because the power lines were on roadway on ******** ***** ****. The road was closed down and I list power for 2 days. I had to hire an emergency electrician and roofer to replace mast and power lines. Roofer to repairs holes in roof and Fiber optics to replace lines. I lost a lot of food out if 2 refrigerators and $ 3750 in bills from electricians and roofers. I gave Evans Lanscaping the bills and pictures of damage. So far three months later they have refused to pay me for the damage caused from there driver. They got bill from **** ****** and paid that but not me. This is totally unacceptable. I might have to hire an attorney to sue.

      Thank you for your investigation. The company did just send a check to cover the damages. You help in this is greatly appreciated.

      Ordered topsoil and sand through their website with delivery address of *********** ****. Received call on scheduled delivery day. They were unable to deliver the products at the price charged on their website and wanted $60 more. Would not compromise although they admitted the mistake was theirs. They canceled our order.
