      ****************** is the worst Ive ever dealt with. They told me they had a three day backlog when I dropped my bike off. 10 days later I had to tell them I was coming to pick the bike up whether it was done or not. They refused to warranty a known problem, even with a TSB released for the issue. They charged $458 for a front tire and when I left the dealership there was an obvious wobble in the front end. Everything about this place is a super disappointment. Ive been ripped off for over charging and they refused to warranty a tsb part.

      Placed an order for a new SeaDoo and provided a deposit after receiving a guarantee that I would either have my unit in time for a vacation or I would receive a full refund. I waited over two months with virtually no communication from them unless I called them. When I could finally wait no longer, I offered to buy a more expensive unit on the floor, but they could not do the assembly in time either. I requested my refund by phone, text and email and never received one call back. I finally raised the complaint with my credit card company who extended me a full refund after another 30 days. I will NEVER do business with this place again. Total scam artists and horrible customer service. Get your deal in writing or walk away.

      Their service department doesn't know what they are doing. They totally messed my bike up after I paid them $810 today. **** was hesitanting immediately upon me starting it. It sounded like a diesel truck and I had two different warning lights on my bike after they worked on it that wasn't there before. Yet the cashier ****** told me that the machine that diagnosed my bike told them that that code has been on my bike for quite some time....since when does a diagnostic machine tell you that. Then when I called him out on that dumb statement he told me it was due to my aftermarket pipe....well one of their other dealerships installed it. ****** was very condescending towards my husband and I and I feel like he felt he was entitled to do that bcuz we are *****. Bcuz all he wanted to do was call the police bcuz we called him out on the ** he was trying to tell **. Now my question is why is the cashier telling us anything about my bike when he doesn't even work on bikes? Bcuz my paperwork has him listed as a cashier...not a mechanic.

      Just bought a 2023 KTM 390 Adventure SW at Johnny K's in ******...I've bought my share of new vehicles and this was my best buying experience to date. That says alot. I have no tolerance for arrogant/bs/pressure salesmen and walking away from any dealership is no problem. Buying a new vehicle should be enjoyable. Sad truth, its usually up there with having a root canal. We walked in and were met by ******************). I asked him if they had the model bike and he walked ** over to 4 of them. Talked a minute and gave ** space. I live 50min away and nobody closer had that specific model, they had four. I talked price with ****, test rode the bike and bought it. Simple and enjoyable, as it should be. **** was great...honest, no bs and zero pressure. I asked about one or two things he wasn't 100% sure of. Keep in mind, I've researched this model heavily, I know a lot about it. He could've taken a shot at answers, tried to bs me. Instead he admitted he didn't know but would find out, which he did. A modest salesmen with integrity...who knew they still exist! It gets better...next day I realized a discrepancy in something agreed on. I emailed **** (Sunday, his day off), explained what I found, told him not to worry about it til next day of business. He answered me in a short while and said he'd handle it asap. **** and the sales manager were very apologetic and quickly made it rite. Stellar. I bought my previous two new bikes at the same local dealer. Both deals were painful. I took a chance heading to ****** cause I needed a new dealership, done. Dealership loyalty is foreign to me because none have earned it. Until now. JohnnyK's in ****** has earned mine. I highly recommend checking them out. Thanks guys!

      One of the worst experiences Ive ever had at Johnny ks in ****. It was a Can Am Spider, paid cash, after I bought it(paid cash) they did there was a recall on it. 3 weeks later they called and said my bike was ready. When I got there to pick up my bike, the bike was scratched, the windshield was scratched, the luggage trunk was scratched, and the plastic was cracked by the antenna, and the mechanic left grease all over the bike. A week later they decided to give me another one after I told them I was not accepting it that way, that it was not like that before the recall. I bought a set of foot lights from them for the bike, and they were supposed to install them on the new bike that they decided to give me instead. Then they refused to put the lights on the bike like they were supposed to and wanted to charge me a lot of money to install them. After much aggravation and disappointment, I had them just refund my money and give me back my slingshot that I had traded in towards my new Can Am. I now have to wait 3 weeks for my refund check. The store manager was very rude and would not work with me after me waiting a total a 4 weeks for my bike. I dont recommend anyone to buy anything from the Lodi location.
