On 12/19/23 an on line order placed via Cyndi's Gardens website. Total order amount was $16.00. Item odered 4.75 inch cream crackle garden pot with fern detail. Charge posted on my credit card on 12/20/23. Transaction date 12/19/23. Item never received. Multiple calls made to this business. Calls included leaving voice mails and talking with a live person. No return calls from this business regarding my voicemails. on 1/23/24 voice mail left at 10:17 Am PST. Talked with live person on 2/1/24 at 6PM EST time. Told they would investigate & call back (no CB ever received). On 2/5/24 at 10:45 AM PST I placed a call to business and talked with a live person. I was told on 2/5/24 item out of stock. Business tried to refund my credit card but was having difficulty doing so. On 2/5/24 I was told the business would mail me a check & send to my home address, As of 3/15/24 no resolution. No check yet received/no refund received. 2/5/24 was my last phone communication with this business. The number I have been using to call Cyndi's Garden is ###-###-####.Business response
