Wagoner came to complete a site visit for quote of move. They were awarded our move based on this quote. The day of the move, three Wagoner associates were dispatched to my home. I initially called the office around 11:45am and expressed concern over lack of work being completed, employees taking excessive breaks, and the employee allowing someone to trespass and visit on my property. The office did nothing to deal with this issue. I called back again around 12:20 when employees were still on break. At that time, the office determined they would swap out some of the individuals. Around 1:15pm, over four hours into the move, two of the movers were changed out. The office dispatch personnel completed a walk through the house and confirmed the move would be able to be completed by 5pm that day. By 7pm, with 1/3 of the items still not moved, we called the move. We were over charged (for total 10 hours) to move the 2/3 of the items that were quoted. The office has refused to offer remedy and continue to push back on the owner who has not tried to make any contact to discuss the issue. It is clear to me there is a strategy employed to attempt to charge additional amounts while non-working employees are sent out to job sites. No care or concern from office team to resolve.
