  I ordered an introductory sample of the sleep patch for $19.95. I did not agree to a monthly - automatic subscription. They have debited my bank account $39.95 twice since the introductory offer - without my knowledge or consent. I have called and left a voice mail twice requesting them stop this action! I am a combat wounded veteran - the issue is causing me a financial hardship. This debiting action is unauthorized and highly unethical. I’d appreciate a two month refund and I need them to immediately cease and desist charging my account!

  I purchased Zleep 30 patches on 5-24-23. I believe from an ad in an email that I received or maybe a pop up ad. I read that I could get a 50% discount to try the patches. Total ($19.99). I looked to see if they would automatically send more and did Not find anything about auto-renew. On June 24, 2023 I received another package at twice the price - ($39.94). I emailed the company and told them that I did not sign-up for auto-renew, but they said that by getting the 50% discount I was automatically signed up for it. This is an extremely deceptive business practice. Their ad should clearly disclose that you are signing up for a monthly shipment at twice the price. I looked for it and did not see anything. I would not have ordered them if I saw it. I also asked for a return label to return the product. Customer service said that they do not provide return labels and that I would have to return it. Their email did not include the address for returns, so I looked for an address on their website and found that they not only make you pay to return it, they charge a $9.99 restocking fee, plus Shipping and Handling - the amount of S & H is not disclosed. To find this information I had to go to the bottom of their webpage and click on "Terms and Conditions" and then go to the bottom of that page. This is a very shady company.

  Zleep sent me a pkg of patches, received in mail. 4/5/23. Never ordered or even heard of. Where did they get my address, will I be charged, somehow?

  I first ordered Zleep sleep patches about 5 months ago, believing they would help me get more restful sleep each night. I have followed the instructions very closely during the first 3 weeks I have used these patches. There seemed to be no improvement on the number of hours slept, and I was still very tired during the days. I tried to cancel my order for a continuing supply of these patches during the past 3 weeks but got no response from them. I now have 3 envelopes from the Zleep company, because I HAVE QUIT using them. That is enough for 3 months. Zleep is not shown on the envelopes containing the patches or I would return them to the sender. I get just as good results taking Melatonin pills at a much lower cost. I would like to have a return of the money I have spent for these patches and have my account canceled. They seem to avoid answering complaints. Thank you.
