    I placed an order through **** **** at 6:30 on 11/26/2021 the order details said that the delivery was handled by the business not through **** and that it was expected to arrive somewhere between 7:00-7:30. When we still had not received our food I requested an order update about 8:00. When the order had not arrived by 8:30 I called the store and spoke to ******* who identified herself as the manager, she told me to contact ***r as they have no control over the delivery, I told her that my **** eats app stated that the delivery was handled by the restaurant. She put me on hold for about 5 minutes and came back to let me know that somehow an **** eats setting had “changed all by itself” and assured us that our order would be delivered in 30 minutes and then very rudely disconnected the phone call. At 9:30 I called and again spoke with ******n, this time she assured me that the driver had left 20 minutes ago (when I was told it would be delivered 40 minutes before it had even left the store) she then again quickly hung up the phone. I called again at 9:50 and spoke again with J****** she said it had just now left (this is now the third story we’ve heard from her) and said that she had remade the order and sent the order out with a few other orders. She again assured us that the order was on the way. The order arrived at 9:57, we were told by our delivery driver that he had gone to another address I had listed on my account, when I asked him what other address he had gone to he did not answer my question with so much as a street name or city. The deliver driver told us that we should not be using **** eats in this area, that ******** was the more prominent platform and that our address was outside their delivery area. I understand sometimes mistakes are made, I’ve worked food service before, however upon looking at reviews on google it appears that Romeos has done this to several other people.
