I want to start by saying I am not the only victim in this dispute. Mom's Meals has stolen thousands of dollars from elderly, disabled people, and their insurance companies. Mom's Meals is a an organization that charges and takes money from elderly and disabled people or these peoples insurance companies in exchange for the "Meals" they send out to those people. $8/meal bought in boxed shipments. This month alone they have taken in thousands of dollars from elderly and disabled people and their insurance companies and has sent out NO MEALS. They not only aren't sending the meals, they aren't informing any of the people nor the insurance companies about the issue. They are trying to wrecked starving and upset customers to a hotline where nobody and when you try to email or message the company they just tell you to call And when you tell them the lines are down they then tell you oh yeah the lines are down and so are the computer systems and we have no record of anyone's address or when we will ever get meals out again! So many people are starving that are elderly and disabled and this company is not only Not refunding the money not sending the meals but they are not telling anybody! So they're stealing and killing elderly and disabled that are depending on these meals. My mother's (*** *****************) insurance companies set her up with mom's meals because She is disabled and it is hard for her to get around let alone eat and take care of herself . They have stolen almost $400 from her this month and have refused to send out almost 50 meals to her that were paid for! I'm not looking for money. I'm looking to have this company shut down before more people die and they have stolen more money from sick elderly disabled people and their insurance companies. Needs to happen ASAP.Business response
