  I'm using my husband's computer to report this. my name is Michele. This is a Horrible place and no one should ever go to Cost Cutters. They are a rip off! I got my hair done on 03/22/2024 at 10:59 AM by Jackie. My hair looks absolutely horrible! My husband said I look like a clown. This made me very upset and I cried but he's absolutely right. He doesn't want me to look like an idiot. I do appreciate his input. When I made my appointment I requested hair coloring to include touching up roots, haircut, and highlights. Jackie colored, put what looks like low lights and no high lights at all! This is not what I asked for. It looks like Jackie just colored my hair with some cheap box hair coloring. While I was at Cost Cutters, Jackie seemed more pre-occupied with her own problems than paying attention to her customer's needs. Jackie did nothing but complain how she just started back to work and how she had sepsis and is pregnant and pretty much told me about all her life problems. Something I really didn't want to hear about. Everyone has problems including myself. This is very unprofessional. When I asked Jackie if she was going to touch up my roots Jackie became very confrontational and whacked out on me and very sarcastically said I should have told her that. I did. she didn't listen. I also told them this when I made the appointment and upon my arrival. I didn't want to complain when I was at Cost Cutters because I was afraid That they would be vengeful and really mess my hair up which they did anyway. When I went to check out. I was shocked by what they charged me. They Charged me $91.00 for coloring, $22.00 for haircut, $74.00 for highlights which were actually low lights. The color in the low lights look orange which why my husband said I look like a clown. My total bill was $224.00 including tip which Jackie did not deserve. This is outrageous price for a business with the name Cost Cutters. No cost cutting going on for a box job hair coloring and crappy haircut. It should be called the Rip Off Cutters. We tried to contact the manager of this store. She was not available. We gave them our phone number and requested a call back. When the manager called back when we were out to dinner and missed her call. We tried to call her back but keep getting a message that the mangers voice mail isn't setup on her phone. Guess that's one way dealing with irate costumers by not taking messages. Cost Cutters in my opinion charged at least $100.00 too much for a hideous coloring job with no highlights. Now I keep crying. because my husband thinks I look like a clown.
