            I had contacted Mr. ********************** about wanting work done within my home, some that I required somewhat quickly as part of bigger baby-proofing needs within my home. There was initial contact in early May. After a covid issue within my home not allowing them to come and inspect my home for the required work, it took almost a month to get someone out because "they were not working within my area'". After finally getting someone to come out to the home, the serviceman came 45 minutes before the agreed upon time, and without any notice. That was on June 10. We were then told we would get an estimate within 3 or so days. It is now August 18 and after at least 6 phone calls and responses of "I'll let **** (the owner) know", I still do not have any estimate. I keep contacting and getting the same response. I figure someone needs to be held accountable for such unprofessionalism.

            I hired Mr. ********************** to repair a small area of ceiling in a bay window. It was scheduled for Fri.morning 7/22/2022. He showed up at 9:40, did some painting, and left at 11:00. He said he would be back in 1&1/2 Hrs.to let the paint dry. He finally showed up 4&1/4 Hrs. later, did some plastering and was done again in less than an hour. He said the plaster has to dry and he would be back Tues. afternoon. Tues. late afternoon they called to say they could not make it until Wed. Wed. late afternoon they call an say they cannot make it until Fri. If the don't have the time to finish a job why do they start it. So now I'm stuck with my living room messed up. for a week for a job that should have been done in 2 days tops
