I have been going to the ************** location which is located on ***********************************. I was working with store manager **** and his assistant manager ****. I was giving a receipt from battery land for a warranty on the brakes and rotors. I had been a customer for a few years, I had used the receipt for the brakes from battery land and I spent quite a bit of money on brakes and other items. I filed a complaint against battery land and when I tried to take the brakes back, **** or **** had delted my whole customer profile voiding all of my warranties for the purchases made. March 11, 2024 $45.21 March 5, 2024 $17.23. Febrauary 26, 2024. $29.08, Febrauary 13, 2024 $24.77. Janaury 23, 2024 $23.69 April 15, 2024, $161.64. These charges were made with the promise of the Oreilleys warranty that is now null and void as **** and **** went in and delted all of my warranties when I filed a complaint against battery land. I also went into the ************** location and ******* started going off on me and said my battery was bad and refused any attempts to honor the warranty in this case. I was humiliated and I was told by another associate at another store I needed to call corporate. I would like a full refund for all of these services as I know that I have no warranty that is promised at all of your locations. I believe that ****, ****, and ******* and commiting unethical business practices during this period of time. I am not sure how this business is being run, I just want my money placed back on my credit card sine I have no warranty for any of these items.Business response

I was unable to locate any purchase history with the dates and dollar amounts provided by the customer at store *********************************************************************************************. If the purchases were made under the commercial account for **********************, then they would be the ones who hold the warranty on the products and the customer would need to contact them directly to warranty the parts.Business response

On 7/30/24 our District Manager emailed us that the parts purchased under Battery Land will need to be taken to them for any warranty or refund since Battery Land is who holds the warranty on the parts. The District Manager was also going to reach out to the customer to tell them this. We cannot warranty or refund items that are under an account for anyone but the account owner.Business response

Everything was done properly and no refund will be issued.
