      Multiple Times/Dates and Appointment. Have purchased Hesring Aids approximately less than 8 yrs ago and have had serviced / cleaned .multiple times. Recently past at least couple years have had trouble with hearing out of these hearing aid including loss of being able to heat , squealing etc etc , last approximately was in January 2021, where the supposedly cleaned hearing aids and repaied a wire that came apart, u have spent last couple years dealing with the issue of being afraid, can't hear for I live alone , also loss of relationships and connections with family friends, doctors etc etc for I also have health problems, pace make , diabetes etc for witch hearing is a valuable necessity. After seeing a Real Audiologist with urgency after dis satisfied with my last appt with miracle ear in ********* where the said I needed new hearing aids,, clean them and the best they can do and charged me saving if i bought new ones they would reimburse me . But has vto my attention and evidence that my hearing aids have never been cleaned , and that am internal filter had been missing in left ear witch the(miracle ear) just worked on. After the true and real cleaning and repair from Audiologist, I didn't even recognize my hearing aid and how incredibly I could hear , I started crying . I can hear , I can hear . 100 % difference in ability to hear , I cannot believe the incomprehensible demoralization of the suffering I have been put through from the bespectacled I have received through this miracle ear location, I am considering filling elderly abuse, conduct with atty general , hasty for class action suite for how many other elderly or others suffering un merited due to the incompancy, neglect or worse yes fraudulent activity to make you suffer to coarse you to buy new hearing aids

      ****** ******* originally purchased the hearing aids 3-21-13. As outlined in the notes she has always had a problem with wax. The hearing aids go into the ear where we do have wax and can get into the receiver and become clogged. ****** has come in regularly to prevent this from happening for 9 years. We have always taken care of her needs and cleaned the hearing and adjusted them to her needs. She was also just given a replacement charger for her 9 year old hearing aids in Dec 2021 at no cost. Average life of a hearing aid is typically 5-7 years.

       I am rejecting this response because:


      The question was not when I purchased the hearing aids , it is the service and the cleaning and the competence of the staff,person or persons completing the cleaning and or service of the hearing aids. I have a licensed Audiologist that will state the condition of the hearing aids 2 weeks after appt with miracle ear location. They had Never been taken apart and cleaned and there was a valve missing from witch there are 2, from witch they worked on and day they quoted new hearing aids. The licensed Audiologist took completely apart and had put new valve in cleaned thoroughly and these hearing aids regardless of the age work 100% better then they ever have for at least the past years. So, in conclusion and for example if you buy a new car and take care of it and don't pit many miles on it and of course the PROPER MAINTENANCE, the car lasts longer and have less issues . I again state the Hearing aid in question were not properly cleaned and or maintained from miracle ear and also had keep buying batteries cuz thought that was problem , again, my opinion is neglect, especially to elderly who trust and put there confidence in this facility. If we cannot come to some kind of agreement, as stated will have to file suite, where as licensed Audiologist and statements will be provided . I am given this facility one more chance to make things right in some way .
