      Purchased a used car for my son. The car was overpriced to begin with, but with the low miles we figured he would have it for a long time and justified the price. We have owned the car for almost a year and have put just over $7,000 into it. 4 months after purchasing it the transmission went out. Ganley wouldnt work with us because it was passed the 90 day as is warranty. When we took it to them to fix they quoted us $1000 more from the other repair shops?? We have since had the car in the repair shop 5 times for various issues. No air conditioning, bad wheel bearings, damaged heat shield, piece of suspension damaged, bad water pump. I have every receipt that shows dates and what was fixed. Made numerous calls to Ganley for help but they are unwilling. We have leased or purchased multiple vehicles from them. They not only lost ALL our business but I have made sure the rest of my extended family, parents, in laws, sister, brother in law and good friends go elsewhere! I cannot wait for there unapologetic apology and how surprised or sorry this has happened. What they always leave out is the question of- How can we help resolve your ongoing issues!!!

      The last time Bradley S. Angeloff had the 2013 Nissan Sentra at our service center was almost a year ago on May 11, 2023. It was brought in with a transmission concern but the customer declined the repairs. He also did not pay the diag bill of $170.67 from that visit. When picking up the vehicle, he said that he would call with payment but never did and he also ignore our several attempts to collect the $170.67 owed, We have text communication between Brad Angeloff and his service advisor proving so that we can provide.

      I purchased blue advantage/blue certified lemon. The transmission went out 2 days into driving the vehicle and the AC does not work. I called in while making appointments for the repairs and said to **** that I did not want the vehicle and wanted to bring it back and he said that was NOT and option even though my warranty states 14 day/ 1,000 mile money back guarantee. After giving me the run around for a month they are now saying that the warranty expires. I do not want this car and was a victim of aggressive selling as well as the contract not being honored. The men who work here treat women like they are stupid.

      We are surprised and disappointed to read your review. The 14-day, 1000 mile warranty is offered by Ford on Certified Used Cars. That warranty has expired. We gladly tried to trade you out of the vehicle, but were unable to do so. We repaired the transmission under warranty. As we told you, the part needed to repair your air conditioner is on national back-order. When the part arrives, we will repair the air conditioner. We would be happy to fix your brakes but there was nothing wrong with them. We do not turn down legitimate repair work because that's how we make a living. We also don't perform unnecessary repairs because that would be unethical. The vehicle is NOT a lemon. It is common for ANY VEHICLE WITH OVER 100,000 MILES TO NEED MAINTENANCE and / repairs. This is why we provide customers with warranty's and why your warranty covered your vehicle issues. Stating that no one has contacted you about your experience is UNTRUE. You met with our Sales Manager ***** on 8/28 and our Customer Relations Manager called you on 8/30. We believe that we've done everything possible to help you and honor any / all contacts. WE feel that we have been nothing but professional and always serve our customers with utmost respect. It is truly disappointing to hear such statements as we pride ourselves on quality customer service at all times. We will promptly notify you when the part comes in and complete the repair of your vehicle. Thanks!

      If I could give no stars I would. Absolutely ridiculous service department, told me to bring in my vehicle for a recall a week ago and when I get there, they wouldnt even look at it and turned us away. Bunch of jokes, already in contact with the manufacturer and filing a complaint. They literally sent me to park ***** another dealership, a week after they told me they would handle it. Talk about a waste of time and now a much more unsafe car.

      Hi, we are sorry to hear about your disappointment with your visit to Ken Ganley Ford ************** for your vehicle recall. Our records show that a ***** brought the vehicle in and that ********* had already performed the recall on the vehicle. They replaced the rear toe links and performed a rear alignment. Customer expressed that they thought it felt loose in the rear of the vehicle and the tires were starting to wear. Our records also show that they took the vehicle to an aftermarket repair shop for inspection and that they advised the customer that there was an issue with the workmanship performed at the other Dealer (*********). We advised the customer to take the vehicle back to the dealer that performed the work to take care of the alignment and the tire wear issue. We did not refuse to fix a recall on the vehicle. Since it is a **** recall and it was already addressed / fixed by another dealership, you / the customer has to take it back to that dealership. Sorry for any inconvenience!
