We are currently leasing a 2014 Ford Escape. This is our 3rd vehicle from this company within the past 2 years. The 1st vehicle was a Buick Lacrosse. The Lacrosse had malfunctioned and it was towed into the service center. A day later, they called and said that they are going to scrap the car and get us into another lease. They did not tell what was wrong with the car. We got into another lease, not without paying for a new down payment, into a Buick Encore. The DAY OF getting the lease and driving it home, the engine had stopped wor****. It got towed back to the service center. They stated it was fixed and e drove it back home. Again, the engine had quit wor****. Got towed back. They then replaced the engine. I got it a mile down the road and it broke down yet again. The 2nd lease only lasted about a month. Then again got put into another lease, again paying another down payment. This lease is my current 2014 Ford Escape. The transmission had just blown up on it and got it towed back to the service center. Although Im paying an extra amount for a service warranty, they are stating that my warranty is invalid due to a missed oil change. I have been changing the oil myself as it does not state on the lease agreement that I cant. But they want documents saying that I changed the oil, but since i cannot produce the documents, they want me to pay for the full service amount of $3000+. They will not let me out of the lease, nor will they fix it, nor will they provide any type of rental vehicle. Again, this is the THIRD car from them ALL WITH THE SAME ISSUES!!! They are refusing to do anything about it. I cannot get another vehicle from any other dealerships due to this lease being on my credit. Also, non of the dates on my current lease match up or line up at all. The dates are wrong which in turn makes the milage on the vehicle wrong as well. I just want to walk away from these crooked people and move on with my life, but they are not allowing that at all.
