      I ordered lawn mower parts from these guys because Greenworks didn't have the part I needed. Their mobile site sucks so bad it didn't confirm my order & wouldn't process my order & I had to go to the desktop. Then they didn't answer their email or phone. They took my money, said it would be 7-15 business days and that was over a month ago now, no parts. I've spent over an hour trying to call them and the phone either rings and rings and rings or is busy or you get the screech of a modem. They don't answer email at all. I want my money back for the parts they didn't deliver! Order # ******

      There is no paid order with that number. The credit card payment did not settle and no parts will be shipped. The order is marked canceled on our end.

      Created an order for several parts on 5/29/2023, received n email stating that everything was on backorder for 4 to 6 weeks. The email stated if I wanted to cancel please email them and state I wanted it cancelled. I did so, never got a confirmation email to cancel. Tried calling 26 times on 6/1/2023 busy signal every time. Finally on 6/2/2023 after sending multiple emails and calling over 25 times a lady answered the phone I gave her my order number and asked that the entire order be cancelled. Today is 6/5/2023 the money is still showing coming out of my bank account and the order has not been cancelled yet. If you see this business on the internet keep scrolling, and run from this. This is a shady deal for sure.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

       

      I don't see how my credit card could have been credited in May.  I did not even order the items online until May 29th which was a holiday, several days later on Wednesday May 31st I received the email that all items was on backorder and if I wanted to cancel send an email or call.  I never even talked to anyone until June 1st and asked to cancel.  The debit is still showing up on my bank record with no refund.

      3/31/2023- Purchased 48 items for a total of $256.10, including shipping. They have not contacted me at all about the shipment of the items. I contacted them via email on 4/6/2023 and they replied with "one of the items is back ordered until May, do you want us go ahead and ship the remainder of the items"? I replied yes the same day. After not hearing from them all week, I sent another email asking about my order and offering to pay to expedite it. I also asked to swap one of the items I had ordered incorrectly, again offering to pay for expedited shipping. I then added 2 more items to my order. They said some one would contact me to pay for them. I never heard back from them. I hadn't heard anything from them as of last Friday so I emailed again, stating I wanted to cancel my order if they couldn't provide me with a shipment date. No response. I emailed again today about cancelling my order. Since I purchased the items, I have tried multiple times on both of their listed numbers and the phone is either busy or it rings until a "Sorry, all of our customer representatives are busy, goodbye" plays and it hangs up the line.

      I placed my order on 6/20/22 and as of 7/18/22 I still haven’t received my product, they haven’t answered the phone listed in a week and or responded to multiple emails and text messages inquiring about my order and already charged my credit card.
