      I got a load with this place and I pay more then the loan was issue Payments does not go down not even a cent Now that I want to pay off this load I owed them like I had never made a payment The balance in my account says one balance but the person that I talked to says is more The interest are over 220 percent Is up rages in how much they ripped off people I asked them if they would discount if I pay it sinner then what then the time assigned to pay off they say I still have to pay the whole balance weather is pay in full or not I had payed them over 3.276.00 when the loan was 2000.00 and they still said that if I want to pay them off my balance is 2,145.70 as may 31. 5 Pm eastern standard time They are thefts I was in time of financial hardship so I was force to find avenues to pay for my house But t getting in business with this people was the worst mistake I ever made If you asked me I’ll never in my life recommend this people I rather find other sources then this quick credit place. That’s how much I already

      Total Loan Services, LLC (“TLS”) is in receipt of the consumer’s complaint. We take consumer complaints seriously and appreciate the opportunity to address their concerns.???? 

      Please be advised that TLS is not a lender but instead an authorized servicer for CC Connect, a division of Capital Community Bank (“CCBank”). CCBank is a Utah state-chartered bank with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation as its primary federal banking regulator. Consequently, CCBank is governed by both federal banking laws and the laws of the State of Utah. To the extent this complaint questions the interest rate of CC Connect loans or lending practices with respect to the same, be further advised that pursuant to 12 U.S.C. § 1831d, CCBank has the authority to export Utah’s permissible interest rates. CCBank is legally permitted to conduct business in the State of Kentucky, and there is no limitation imposed on the interest rates associated with a loan agreement with CC Connect. 

      Given the nature of the consumer’s remaining allegations, please be advised that privacy regulations prohibit TLS from disclosing confidential consumer information to third parties without a specific, written authorization.  

      Notwithstanding the foregoing, it is our customary practice to reach out to the consumer at issue in an effort to resolve BBB concerns. Accordingly, this matter was forwarded to the appropriate representative for review and resolution.

      In 2021, I was a victim of Hurricane Ida, and I received a one-time deferral that was put until the end of my loan contract, due the the natural disaster. All of my other payments have been made on-time, and in full. However, this company illegally added extra interest to my loan, as part of the one-time deferment. The balance is incorrect, and being have been illegitimately charged interest. I was NEVER legally notified ever, in writing that there would be added interest due to my deferment due to Hurricane Ida. The company also NEVER notified ANY of the credit bureaus that I was effected by Hurricane Ida, like most other creditors did during that time. This added interest needs to be taken off immediately, due to the the aforementioned facts of nothing being sent to me in writing, as well as nothing being notated to the credit bureaus of me being effected by Hurricane Ida. Legally, they cannot charge added interest without proper written notification at the time of the deferment.

      I initiated a refinance on a loan 8/11/22. I was approved for $2600 to pay off $1070.24 balance and to obtain $1529.76 in my account the following day. On 8/12/22, the funds were not in my account. I contacted QuickCredit and the representative informed me that I selected the option to receive funds by mail. I informed the representative of my emergent situation and asked if I could change the method of payment to direct deposit. The representative could not change due to the "binding contract". However, I was ensured that the funds were mailed on 8/12/22 and that it would take 7 - 10 days to receive. By 8/22/22, I still hadn't received the check/money order. I call QuickCredit again and explained my situation from the beginning (as mentioned above). The representative stated she was going to investigate and track the check/money order and email me back no later than 4 hours. After 4 hours, I did not receive an email but did receive a call regarding a missed payment. When I returned the call, I again explained to the representative my issue and that I will not be making a payment since I have not received the funds. The representative at this point claimed she could see the notes regarding the investigation/tracking of the money order and that it would take 48 hours for a resolution. A few hours later, I received an email from the representative I spoke with earlier that day on 8/22. The email indicated the money order was actually mailed out on 8/22 not 8/12. No other explanation provided. I called the company again after receiving the email and demanded that I receive the funds via direct deposit. The representative stated that could not be since the check has already been mailed and to allow 7 - 10 days to receive the funds. On 8/31/22, I called QuickCredit to inform them I have yet to receive the funds in the mail. The representative placed me on hold to investigate and stated the money order was mailed out on 8/23/22 and to allow 7 - 10 business days.

      Total Loan Services, LLC (“TLS”) is in receipt of the complaint filed by the customer.  We take the complaint seriously, and we hope that we can address this matter to her satisfaction. 

      Our records indicate that the customer obtained an unsecured Quick Credit consumer installment loan from CC Connect, a division of Capital Community Bank (“CCBank”).  CCBank is a Utah state-chartered bank with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation as its primary federal banking regulator.  TLS is the authorized servicer for CC Connect’s Quick Credit loan product.

      TLS has investigated this matter and found that the customer chose to have the loan proceeds from CC Connect mailed to her when she completed CC Connect’s installment loan application. TLS also found that due to a bona fide error, the CC Connect loan proceeds were not, in fact, mailed to the customer. Upon discovery of the error, and in accordance with the customer’s requested resolution, the loan proceeds were sent to the customer on September 6, 2022 by overnight mail. TLS also contacted the customer by telephone and confirmed receipt of the funds. The customer expressed satisfaction with the resolution and had no additional questions.

      CC Connect and TLS are committed to customer service and apologized to the customer that our customer service team was unable to help her.  In closing, we would like to thank you for this opportunity to respond. Based on the foregoing, we believe this matter to be fully resolved.  If the customer has additional questions or concerns, she may contact the servicer of her CC Connect loan directly.
