On 1/27/22 my wife went to affordable graphix to pick out a color to wrap her car. she gave the clerk $860.00 in cash to pay the quote in full. on 2/4/22 the clerk called and said to bring the car in on 2/7/22 to be wrapped. on 2/11/22 we where told the car was done and we could pick it up. on 2/12/22 i noticed a few imperfections and took pictures and texted the clerk. i also noted that my tail light was cracked and sent pictures. we recieved no response i tried many times to contact the buisness and the clerk with no luck. on 2/16 we noticed that the wrap was actualy coming off of the car in large chunks we have sent pictures via text the business will not respond to us. we also stopped by a few times and the door is always locked with someone inside and they will not answer at this point we are no longer interested in doing business with them i would like to be refunded for the wrap and my taillight. i will agree to pay for the stickers on the windows of the car becouse they are not an issue
