On or about June 24, 2022 I purchased a 2009 ***** Cobalt from this business. Both the owner, ***** (Last Name Unknown), and *********************, the sales man, represented the vehicle was drive able. I purchased the vehicle for $2,500.00. The day I drove the vehicle home noticed the vehicle seemed to have an issue with the transmission. The only time the problem occurred, or was evident was going from a stopped position, and starting. (from stopping and then getting the vehicle to move in first gear). I thought I must be mistaken, or it was a minor issue. I took the vehicle to my mechanic to have the minor issues ********************* and I discussed i.e. turning signal would turn off but the sound would not stop, heater fan did not have the force it should have etc. my mechanic found leaking transmission lines under the vehicle..my mechanic replaced the lines, and said the issue with the transmission could just be low on fluid. The problem with the transmission did not improve. The car, as is, was not safe to drive on the street because the transmission from stop to first gear would slip and leave me stranded momentarily in the middle of the intersection, and other places where one accesses roads. The title to the vehicle had not arrived by, on or about June 24, 2022. I call the dealership to discuss the issue, and the problem with the transmission. I asked **************** if the dealership never having informed me there was a problem wit the transmission exchange the Cobalt for a derivable vehicle. ******* represented the possibility. ******* gave me the dealership owner phone no. I reached out to ***** the owner. ***** mailbox was not accepting calls. I kept in contact with *******, explained ***** would not take calls, explained neither him nor ***** said there was anything wrong with the transmission. I explained I am aware replacing a transmission is a major repair, and neither ************* **************** informed me of the problem. I stated that I need my money back
