We hired Greystone to remove our inground pool in December 2022. We gave them a payment on 12/21 to start the job. The job was started on 12/21/2022 and the pool was filled in 12/22/2022. At that time, we made a final payment on 12/22/2022. **** said that he would bring in a load of clean top dirt suitable for growing grass in the spring due to the weather conditions and letting the soil settle. I called **** on 3/13/2023 to let him know that we would need to have the topsoil delivered. He asked me to text him that message so he could remember since he was at a job. I did not hear anything back so on 4/10/2023 I sent him another text asking him if he had an estimated time for delivery. He told me that he was looking at 2 weeks out. On 5/10/2023 I sent a text asking again and was told next week. On 5/18/2023 I again sent a text asking for an update - No response. On 5/22/2023 I sent a text asking him if there was a problem. On 5/23/2023 I called the phone number on the company website and spoke with *** who apologized and said he would contact ****. 5/4/2023 **** sent text stating that due to the weather he was behind and that he had equipment issues and would be in touch. 6/1 /2023 I asked for updates and he responded on 6/2/2023 he said he got the parts needed and would be up and running. He said he would get to us either Monday or Tuesday. I called the main phone number again on 6/6/2023 and *** did a three-way call with **** who said he was sorry and would get to us the following week. I have heard nothing back since then.
