My wife and I bought hearing aids from ENT Physicians in June and July 2019 for $6200 each for a total cost of $12,400. They both had to be replaced in Oct 2019 because they were defective. My wife was never satisfied with her hearing aids because the sound was not good even after multiple attempts to adjust them. My hearing aids stopped working. I took them in to be repaired. After 2.5 weeks, I had to call them back to see if they were ready for pick up. They said that they were ready and the cost would be $600. The cost for the repair is $300 per hearing aid. I told them to keep them. I will go to a better organization to get a new pair of hearing aids. I am not going to put any more money into a defective product. Hopefully, I can save you from making the same mistake that I made in trusting these people to provide me with hearing aids. This business was located at *******************************************************************. Now, they are located at **********************************************************. In my opinion, this business should not have an A+ rating.

ENT Physicians ***** agrees this couple purchased hearing aids and the price listed back in June and July of 2019. We wish clarify the comment that the hearing aids were defective. The hearing aids themselves worked properly, the issue was with the charger provided by the manufacturer. Due to this charging problem and the fact that the hearings were essentially brand new, we replaced the both sets of hearing aids for the couple on October 25, 2019 at no cost to them. Both sets of hearing aids came with a three (3) manufacturer warranty which took into account the new "purchase" date of October 25, 2019. This couple was given a trial period for the hearing aids, which extended the warranty by three (3) more months. The warranty paperwork was explained and the couple signed the warranty paperwork on October 25, 2019. The warranty had an expiration date of January 18, 2023. As to the complaints raised in the reivew about the hearing aids not working properly or requiring adjustments, we have no knowledge. We have never been contacted by the couple for any issues over the years related to the hearing aids. The very last time we heard from or saw this couple was on October 25, 2019 when we replaced the defective hearing aids with brand new hearing aids and extended their warranty and provided a trial period. Then on May 15, 2024, the ******************** brought in his hearing aids for a repair, complaning of charging issues and intermittant function. ******************** was advised we'd send his hearing aids out for repair to the manufacturer, as these complaints could not be addressed in our office. The manufacturer performed the following services on his hearing aids: (1) replaced the rechargeable batteries; (2) replaced the electronics; (3) replaced the housing; (4) replaced the receiver, essentially providing a brand pair of hearing aids. The manufacturer also provided free of charge a brand new charger for his hearing aids. We've made every attempt to explain the repairs and the value of the repair to ********************.
