    Purchase Date 02/15/2024 $1000 down payment, 2009 Jeep Liberty and the loan amount totals $19,565.43 after down payment and trade in. When I purchased the vehicle the salesman (*** *****) assured me it was 100%. It was colder and raining so i didn't get to check things out till the next day. I found that the A/C did not work. I called Serpentini and they made me an appointment for a week to 10 days later. it takes me 1 1/2 hours to drive there. After sitting there for 4 1/2 hours they came out and told me they didn't have a tech to look at make car. They suggested i take it to a KIA dealer since it was still under warranty. I called Diel Kia in Massillon Ohio.it took another week to get it in there. they looked at it but said it would have to be left but they had no loaner car. They then called me a week later with a loaner. After 4 days they called saying it was repaired. 10 minutes after i picked it up it stopped working. Again, a week to 10 days to get a loaner. The last trip they had it for a full 30 day. Called me saying it was again repaired. A day and a half later it stopped again. Again waiting for a loaner. In 3 months i've had the car it has not in my possession for approximately 40 days. They did nothing to resolve the issue. **** from Serpentini called and said if i came up we could deal on another vehicle. I again drove 1 1l2 hours just to be told because of the negative equity on the car that they sold me they could not help me. The price was the price of a new car for a 4 year old car. 2020 KIA Soul.     If I could give 0 stars we would. BUYERS BEWARE. WE PURCHASED A 2018 JERP GRAND CHEROKEE LARADO FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I'd always said in past wouldn't buy a flying dog house from them. But this summer they were running some sales. So we purchased this jeep 7/14/23. We test drove it drove great no issues. Girl gave us car fax report didn't go over it was with a stack of papers. We brought car home that night.with a 3000 mile 90 day warranty. In 3 days car shifting hard. And my airbag had opened under dash . We called they took it in and said Transmission needed flushed. And should b fine. They came back about air bag SAID TO EXPENSIVE FOR THEM TO FIX SO THEY SUPER GLUED IT SHUT ! Back With rough shifting. Sobrought it in they looked at it again said it needs to adjust to adapt to our driving ( A BUNCH OF BULL ) Cause 3 days later it went back for rpms going up to 5000 b4 shifting. So they had it a month put 2 transmission in it and both failed. Put a third in it and gv it to us had it a week driving and it stopped going in reverse and drive at the store. Called and this CONNER IN SERVICE GAVE SOME LAME STORY THIER TOW GUY WAS OLD AND HAD 1 ARM COULDNT TOW IT SO WE PAID FOR THE TOW . UNDERSTAND BY NOW WE ARE ANGRY THEY ARE RUNNING OUT OUR WARRANTY AT THIS TIME it is 9/23 lies to cover up. I told them it's ridiculous we have been making payment on car we don't have after only had it 2 weeks they've had it longer than us . I told him I was gonna just contact lawyer to find my rights. and guy tells us we don't have any rights ! They can take as long as they want to fix my car. And that I'm threatening him. MIND YOU A 20,000 CAR . SO NOW ITS OCTOBER 18 AND THEY finally put a transmission in it USED WITH 150,000 MIlES carfax shiws shows odometer has possible rollback. And serpentini has sold this car 2 times in 3 months right up to the day the other person warranty was running out. Shows in carfax report we r the 3rd person own this car in 1YEAR. BEWARE
