At the beginning my experience with this company was great. I ordered and received my items. Then recently I placed not 1 but 2 orders within about a month or so of each other Weeks go by and then months and I reach out to the lady and she says that they should be in any day. A few days later I se a ******** post about a large order coming in and that those orders will go out as soon as the next day. A week goes by I receive nothing so I message her on ******** and get a reply a day or 2 later stating that my items were not in the order so me being patient I said ok and continue to wait. More time goes by I reach out to her again only to find out that she never placed either of my order. She offers to order them or get a full refund I opted for the refund I had to message over and over asking when I would receive my refund she proceeds to tell me that she is going to send me my refund and it will be in 2-10 business days that I should receive it. on the 11th day still no refund I go to reach out to her to find that I am blocked and no longer able to contact her. I am jumping through hoops trying to dispute charges with my bank and PayPal to get my almost $200 back. This person is a thief in my opinion. Her business needs to be shut down immediately.
