On 5/2/2024 **** and ***** ****** came to my home to do an in home valuation. After looking through my large collection of coins and other items they provided an inventory sheet and we negotiated a deal for $4,000. Afterwards I discovered that they left off a substantial amount of my collection both in terms of quantity and value and took virtually my entire collection even though it wasn't on the list or part of the deal which I was unaware of at the time. I thought I was simply selling the items on the list which I was ok with, but they didn't even have 3 gold coins listed which they took in addition to countless other silver coins, bullion and jewelry. In total I thought I was selling roughly $5,000-$6,000 worth of items for the $4,000 agreed upon price, but in reality they took well over $10,000 worth of my items. I attempted to contact both **** and ***** and they ignored me and didn't respond. I also emailed the company directly, as of now I haven't received a response. I have contacted my attorney as well and will pursue this matter criminally and civilly if necessary and report them to the local and state authorities if need be so hopefully this doesn't happen to anyone else. I invited them into my home and they basically robbed me right under my nose.

**** we have been trying to reach you for the last couple of days. We have called three different days at three different times and left messages and have not gotten any response. We understand there are times people have seller remorse and then they look around on the internet and find false information and then think they were taken advantage of. This is not who we are as a company. we strive to be as fair as the market conditions allow. My people were at your house for over three hours going over your stuff with you. They asked many times if there is any of the things you wanted to keep and you did decided to keep some of your stuff. Then they went item by item to make sure exactly what you were selling. You say **** ***** my VIP would not contact you back but I have text messages between the two of you up to time you filed your BBB complaint. Our goal as a company is to make every person happy within reasonably possibly. With that being said we cannot do this without you contacting us back. So we can understand exactly how you would like to resolve this issue? we are a fair and reasonable company and are in this business for the long run. We are not a fly by night operation and we know we are going to be back in the same show every 4 to 6 months. We have seen the same customers for over 14 years in some of our markets. We are sorry for your experience and would like to figure out what happened after we left and would like to try to work with you an a reasonable solution. Look forward to hearing from you.

      Operations Manager,

I was at the Premier Gold, Silver and Coin roadshow in Bridgeville, PA. The full page add states that they will evaluate WWII memorabilia, costume jewelry, class rings, etc, but the only items they were interested in were my old coins, gold and silver. I believe that is False Advertising. There was also pressure tactics used. ****, the sales rep, kept pressuring me to sell him my jewelry. He said that I am not wearing my late husband's wedding ring. He said I should sell him my jewelry and coins or something since I was there for 40 minutes. He kept asking me if I knew what my jewelry and coins were worth. Isn't that suspicious? In addition, I feel there may have been predatory practices. I feel that the add is set up to attract seniors, the most vulnerable people in our society. Seniors are the people that would have tea sets, WWII memorabilia, old guitars, antique firearms, class rings, comics, sports memorabilia, etc. They didn't even look at one thing I brought other than my gold, silver and coins, but that is not what was advertised. I wanted to buy my jewelry back (10k and 14k) gold back. I feel I was very pressured into selling my gold. I am a senior citizen that feel I was taken advantage of. Again, why did **** ask me several times if I knew how much my jewelry was worth? He was staring at me the last time he asked. I felt so uncomfortable. They video taped the entire meeting/exchange and I did speak with ***, some manager, with no response to my false advertisement, pressure tactics, **** kept asking to sign over my jewelry, and I feel that I may have been a victim of predatory practices. They used false advertising to get me to the roadshow and then unfairly pressured me into selling me my gold.
