Partial bathroom remodel work performed 3/5 thru 3/14. Owner refused to show itemized receipts for materials picked up outside of what i paid for. Owner worker also damage my front lawn, charged me $600 to paint small area where most of my paint was used then took ceiling paint along with other material that they charged me for. Vanity plumbing installed not operating properly has gas smell n leaks. The overal cost does not fit the work performed.Business response

This is such an unfortunate situation of the blame game that as a business owner I’m forced to play. **** **** hired us to demo her bathroom and install a new surround to stud with a shower door and drywall repairs and paint. She notified us she had drains leaking slow from the existing sink . Upon inspection we realized her bathroom had no vent. We advised her and installed an intermittent vent for free. We installed a vanity, mirror and light fixture for free. She complained about her lawn and I advised the guys and told her I’ll provide lawn care. At the moment she was charged $5600. She then agreed to insulation $275 and shower door install of $400 and have only paid $4200 and refused for us to satisfy any needs. I am now forced to take legal actions. She also text my nasty things constantly and tells me I’m in America illegally and very rude stuff. This is a legal matter I can’t takE it any more.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[Nicardo ***** did not review or attempt to fix damages done to my home. He yelled and called me names when my concerns were brought up and made religious threats. Based on his unprofessional agressive behavior neither he or his crew is allowed back on my property. He also failed to provide itemized receipts of his inflated estimate. Materials of the installation and other items were taken from my home. Amount paid equate to work done. City of Euclid also confirmed Nicardo ***** did not obtain a plumbing permit to do the work that was done in my house which is law. At this time balance not paid is to correct damages done
