We hired Mr. ********* to do lawn and landscaping work. On July 7, he came and did mulching and trimming - that amount came to $750. He also cut branches off a tree, for which we tipped him $25. We then pre-paid $45 for lawn cutting which was to be done later that day or the following day. After he left, we saw that he had left the area a complete mess and failed to clean up the mess he had made. Despite several texts to Mr. ********* and a promise from him that he would return to complete the job by cleaning the mess, he never returned. Not only that, but he never did the lawn cut for which we had pre-paid him $45. Despite numerous requests to return our money, we have received 0 response! We do not want his services any longer – we want our $45 back. This is theft and we will not tolerate it and neither should you! Mr. ********* should feel lucky that we are only asking for $45 back and not more, as we do not know how to fairly deduct from the $750 the amount of money it would cost to clean up the mess that he left. Indeed, we spent substantial time in cleaning it - i.e. - doing his job. We are satisfied to receive our $45 back. We will not tolerate this person taking off with our money! Please note that we obtained the address from your site - we see that 2 other complaints were filed against this business! Also, please note that we attempted to email Mr. ********* at the email address on the sign - it came back as a bad address. We hope that you find this person and demand that he give us our money back. What he is doing is criminal! Attached below are copies of check and the business sign.
